Where we ship
We currently sell and ship to customers within the United States. We do not accept orders from or ship to the European Union at this time.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging, and include any hardware it came with. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@courtsideframed.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we'll reply with the return address to use. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us, as packages returned without approval can't be processed.
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, since we can't issue a refund for an item that doesn't reach us.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at support@courtsideframed.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. In these cases we'll sort out a replacement or refund right away, and you won't need to ship the item back.
Non-returnable items
A few things can't be returned:
- Custom or personalized products (special orders, engraved or made-to-order frames)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, just ask before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once that return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
