Where we ship
We currently ship to customers within the United States. We do not ship to the European Union at this time.
Free premium shipping
We offer free premium shipping on every order — no minimums and no shipping charge at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing covers the time it takes us to prepare and dispatch your order before it's handed to the carrier — it's separate from the delivery time below.
Delivery times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days. Delivery windows vary depending on your location and the carrier handling the package, so please treat these as estimates rather than guarantees. Your total time to arrival is the processing time plus the delivery estimate.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it the rest of the way.
Once your order ships
After a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We aren't able to control, and can't be held responsible for, delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather. If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@courtsideframed.com and we'll help look into it.
